Our customer's satisfaction is important and if you are not happy with your purchase from Snoopygift.com please read the following:
If you would like to return or exchange an item within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping and handling charges) you may send back your merchandise with your receipt. In addition, please include your credit card information.
- The merchandise must be in the original condition/packaging with all tags intact.
Any return after 30 days not past 90 days; exchanges will be allowed for store merchandise only.
If your order was damaged in transit please contact sggs-service@snoopyshomeice.com for a replacement or refund.
