Order Status
You will receive an email order confirmation immediately from Snoopy. A second confirmation on the status of your order, whether it has been processed, partially shipped, (an additional email specifying items out of stock for orders of two or less )shipped, cancelled (declined credit card) or placed on hold will follow. Why has my order been placed on hold?
If your order has been placed on hold it may be we need your permission to charge additional fees for shipping and handling , an address verification , select a different method of shipping or a declined credit card and or security purposes. An attempt will be made to contact you either via email and/or the phone number you provided. If we do not hear from you, your order may be cancelled.
Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order or an item number, contact Customer Service immediately. Please include the order number and the number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item, contact customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to add to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.

California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 (otherwise known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 or Prop 65) requires special product labeling for products containing certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals. Lead levels in these products comply with FDA standards.
California requires the following separate notice:
Prop 65 Warning for lead crystal: "WARNING: Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in leaded crystal products will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. This warning does not apply to Baccarat decanters, flacons, stoppered pitchers, mustard and jam pots."
Prop 65 Warning for ceramic tableware marked with a yellow triangle on the packaging: "WARNING: Use of this tableware will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm."
Prop 65 Warning for decorated glassware, cups and mugs: “WARNING: The materials used as colored decorations on the exterior of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.”
Prop 65 Warning for all other identified products: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
