Shipping Policy
Shipping Options: Standard ground shipping will be sent via UPS or USPO Priority Mail. Snoopygift.com will determine the most efficient way to ship . Snoopygift.com may request customers to be available to sign for all packages. Local drivers/carriers may choose to leave packages without a signature, for which we cannot be held responsible. UPS will make three delivery attempts;if the package is sent back to Snoopygift.com there may be a service charge. USPO Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii is available ; please select standard shipping. Your shipping and handling may be subject to change due to the weight or dimensions of the package or packages. You will be contacted via email or phone. Please allow ten business days for ground delivery. Express shipping is sent via FedEx OR UPS. Please allow three to four days for delivery. Snoopygift.com does not authorize packages to be released without a signature. You must be present and sign for your package. Snoopygift.com is not responsible for weather related delays. 3 to 4 Day Express
Next Day shipping is sent via FedEx OR UPS and is standard next day. Your order must be placed by 12 noon pacific standard time to be eligible for next day delivery. You must call customer service for Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is an additional $10.00 added on to the Next Day rate. Snoopygift.com is not responsible for weather related delays Next Day
Any address redirection or changes made by the receiver or the carrier UPS, Priority Mail or FedEx will be charged an additional fee. UPS and FedEx Domestic charge is $10.00, FedEx International is $30.00 and USPO Priority Mail charge is $5.00. We do not ship to APO Boxes International orders, including orders shipping to Canada: Shipping & Handling Quotes: Your internet order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted via email if: shipping and handling amount is more, and if more information is needed to process the order.You and or the receiver may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient of the package will be held responsible for customs clearance charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Snoopygift.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If the package is returned to Snoopygift.com and we are assessed brokerage and duty fees by the carrier, you will be billed these fees. Please do not ask Snoopygift.com to eliminate the invoice or to specify the package as a gift. It is against our code of ethics. All Prices Are In US Funds. All packages, domestic and international, are subject to dimensional rates; you will be contacted via email or phone. Holidays: There may be shipping delays due to specific holidays such as: Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
