Shipping Information

Your shipping cost is calculated and published by our third-party carriers. We will do our best to reduce those charges therefore, you may receive a reduction on your final invoice. Some packages may require an additional shipping charge therefore, you will be contacted before we process the package.

Due to the increase in shipping costs we are now offering 1st Class package shipping for orders that weigh under 13oz. Although it cannot be selected as an option during checkout at this time, we will reduce your original shipping cost to your final invoice.

To prevent any delay for delivery or redirection charges for business's please include the name of the business, suite and or floor number. Address redirection or changes/correction made to the address by the receiver or the carrier may cause additional fees to be charged to the customer who placed the orginal order:

  • UPS and FedEx Domestic charge is $12.00
  • FedEx International charge is $30.00

Local drivers/carriers may choose to leave packages without a signature, for which we cannot be held responsible will not ship packages to international freight forwarders located in the United States.

Use of USPS International First Class as a shipping method to many countries can lead to delivery delays of up to 8 weeks and packages are sometimes difficult to track using once they have left the U.S.

USPS Priority Mail International is a more reliable and safer method for shipping packages outside the U.S. and the US Postal Service claims that packages will be delivered in 6 to 10 business days. Many of our international customers have experienced delays and reported problems with getting accurate tracking information and package delivery notifications. As a result, we suggest using UPS or FedEx International if you need a guaranteed delivery with timely and accurate tracking information. Please note all international packages are insured against loss, however we cannot file a claim until 45 days after the original shipping date.

Packages going to Hawaii and Alaska may receive an additional quote via phone or email due to the size and weight of the package.

For an International countries (including Canada)

You and or the receiver may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient of the package will be held responsible for customs clearance charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If the package is returned to and we are assessed brokerage and duty fees by the carrier, you will be billed these fees.
